Landcare Employer Support Program

Landcare Victoria is excited to launch the Landcare Employer Support Program in June 2026, supported by the Victorian Government through the Victorian Landcare Program.

About the Program

The program aims to equip volunteer employers and managers with the additional information and knowledge to support their roles in hosting Landcare Facilitators and professionals. The program will be curated with support from NFP Success, a not for profit and community sector consultancy dedicated to assisting small to medium not for profit organisations.

The program will include topics related to various components of an employee’s lifecycle to equip organisations and support their leaders with the latest information. This includes:

  • A quarterly Community of Practice to support Landcare’s volunteer managers and employers
  • A series of webinars on employment related topics
  • Written resources and fact sheets
